Premier Inn is the largest budget hotel chain in the UK. This one is absolutely lovely and a credit not only to PI but to the staff that work here. It’s been here for 4 years but looks as though it’s 4 months. I didn’t eat at all but the bar drinks are reasonably priced, especially the deals. So, to the reason for staying at a Premier Inn. A good night’s sleep. The bed is so comfortable, great mattress, pillows and bedding. I stayed two nights and set my alarm to wake me on departure morning. A shout out to one member of staff in particular, Iestyn. Very customer oriented, and can do the lot! It’s people like Iestyn who put life into these hotel chains.

My fourteenth Premier Inn this year and actually one of the best. Having had a really poor experience at a different Premier Inn the previous week. I was so impressed by how friendly the staff were. It would not be fair to single out any one individual as there were no bad apples simply the pick of the crop everyone of them. I hope that the Management is proud of them. They certainly should be.

Stayed here for two nights as a base for trip to Skomer Island. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean. We had evening meal which was good but service was very slow. Overall a good visit.

This was the first time I’d stayed at the Premier Inn, St David’s. Previous visits I’d stayed at one or other of the more centrally-located older hotels. The Premier Inn has a lot going for it: clean, warm and comfortable, great value (I stayed in early November so you’d expect low rates), big rooms and bathrooms, really comfy beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast which was either cooked to order or buffet style. Not greasy or gloopy and ingredients were of very good quality. Friendly and approachable staff. Plenty of parking. Downsides: a bit of a walk to the city centre, can feel a bit isolated and clinical as it’s so new and you’ve no real sense of being “in” St David’s itself. You can’t open the hotel window, not even a tiny bit, which is frustrating. But air con/heating is good so not a huge problem, but it is nice to have the choice of a bit of natural fresh air. All told a great place. Should force some other local hotels to up their game.

A beautiful location, a wonderful hotel and amazing staff. I stayed to visit the cathedral and it was definitely worth it. A lovely new fresh premier inn, food was excellent and the staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend St Davids premier inn for a break away.

The room was very neat, clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The service was amazing, and the staff were very helpful and kind throughout our stay. Breakfast was average for us, and we often had to ask for refills. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality.

We came for our daughter's 5th birthday on Thursday and we had the best time! The staff were incredible, one member of staff made a little goody bag with little gifts for my daughter for her birthday and members of staff at breakfast made her a birthday pancake bear. They made her stay even better so thank you! The room was also very clean and the beds are so comfy. The location was perfect too. We'll definitely be back

This Premier Inn is definitely one of the better ones the biggest hotel chain in the UK has to offer. I have stayed here a few times and the staff are exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially Conor who has an extraordinarily good memory! The Premier Plus rooms are worth the surcharge to get the little extras such as a fridge, the bottled water and the little chocolate bars. It’s modern and air conditioned. There’s plenty of parking, just make sure you register your vehicle to avoid an unexpected charge in the post. It’s located on the edge of St David’s, the UK’s smallest city by far (it’s no bigger than a village). It’s a lovely place, with an impressive cathedral. As usual there’s 24 hour reception, so checking in late isn’t an issue. It’s about 25 minutes drive from Stena Line at Fishguard.
